Wear a beautiful reminder of gracefully accepting change with this unique, handmade, butterfly menagerie necklace. Butterflies are primarily associated with symbolisms of change and transformation. Colored with my special, purple-flash, iridescent patina, the shading is stunning in person. It color shifts from purple to blue like magic! I have applied a metal sealer to help preserve the colors.
To achieve the design on the necklace, I have used an acid etching technique. Years of experimenting with and fine tuning the process have led to the intricate details you see here.
The medallion measures 1 1/8″ round. The necklace features a Flat Oval Metal Chain, in antique copper finish, with a claw hook closure. It measures 16” long and is adjustable.
