These handmade earrings feature a striking mix of textures: hammered copper on top and ethically sourced birch bark from northern Minnesota on the bottom. The copper surface is dotted with a soft, irregular texture that catches the light like ripples on a forest pond. The birch bark adds tones of cream, gray, and mossy green—complete with natural lichen accents. Each pair is one-of-a-kind.
The birch portion has been sealed for durability. The copper is left untreated so it will develop a natural patina over time, adding character as it ages.
The round medallion measures about 1.5 inches across. The full length from the top of the ear wire is approximately 2.25 inches.
