4. Creation & Delivery: After receiving your order, I’ll start crafting your custom piece. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for the creation process after design approval. Delivery typically takes an additional 5 business days.

– Design Ownership: Custom designs remain the exclusive property of GaleForce Design Jewelry, unless alternative arrangements are made.

– Pricing: The cost of custom jewelry depends on factors like design complexity, materials, custom sizing, design/redesign time, and reusability. We’ll discuss the total cost before starting the project.

– Saving Money: Designs authorized for reuse cost less than one-of-a-kind pieces. Design fees apply to unique creations.

– Returns & Exchanges: All sales on custom orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

– Down Payment: A 50% down payment of the total custom cost is required before work begins.

– Custom Orders for Christmas: I take orders for customs and special pieces from February through September. To ensure timely delivery for Christmas, I recommend planning ahead and contacting me early. October through January, I focus on stocking stores and galleries with my jewelry for the holiday season.
